We are looking for a recent graduate to develop and co-ordinate our New Media Community Arts strategy. You will work with RCTCA supported by Cardiff School of Art & Design, UWIC as a New Media Community Arts Co-ordinator. This exciting post will involve delivering a 2 year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme. The aim of the programme will be to develop an inspirational New Media Community Arts Strategy that will inform artistic policy and development within RCTCA and to establish New Media as a core area within RCTCA’s policies and development. You will have support in sharing your skills, developing your practice and gaining specialist management and coordination capabilities vital to this field.

Rhondda Cynon Taff Community Arts (RCTCA) is a registered charity established in 1983. Based in Treorchy, South Wales, it is a multi disciplined professional organisation providing a comprehensive programme of community art workshops and projects in Dance and Performance Art, Public Art and some Digital media for all ages and abilities through the South Wales region.
