The Digital Arts Forum invites you to a Social Networking Event at the Assembly Rooms (www.assemblyrooms-derby.co.uk), Reception Suit, Market Place, Derby, DE1 3AH on Wednesday 23th April at 6.30pm.
This event offers an informal meeting and networking place for all artists and arts workers in the East Midlands region with the focus on promoting opportunities for artists to show and produce work.

http://www.mti.dmu.ac.uk/events-conferences/sssp2008/index.html
The 2008 Sound, Sight, Space and Play (SSSP) symposium for creativity in the sonic arts, organised by students of the Music Technology and Innovation Research Centre (MTIRC) in association with Centre for Excellence in Performance Arts (CEPA), hosts an eclectic mix of presentations by postgraduate students from all across the UK and Europe. The ideals of this event are to stimulate co-operation and inspiration between postgraduate students, across institutional boundaries, leading to new perspectives on current works and research.
The event takes place over two days at the beginning of April (8th and 9th) within the Performing Arts Centre for Excellence (PACE) building at DeMontfort University, Leicester. With talks during the day and concerts at 7pm each evening this event is open to everyone.
